The Cosmic Upgrade - Terms And Conditions

These terms outline how The Cosmic Upgrade works, what you receive, and what you agree to by enrolling.
1. Overview
The Cosmic Upgrade is a 12 month group coaching and mentoring container hosted by The Cosmic Co. It includes monthly group calls, digital resources, personalised monthly emails, and spiritual and mindset support designed to help you build a life that feels aligned, grounded, and intentional.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 or older. This programme is not suitable for anyone requiring clinical mental health or medical care.
3. Payment
Payment options may include:
Paid in full
Monthly payment plans
Pink Friday or promotional pricing (when available)
All payment plans are a commitment to the full fee. Missed or failed payments must be resolved within 3 days. If unresolved, access may be paused until payment is restored.
Prices are listed in AUD unless noted otherwise.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are provided for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation. This keeps the integrity and stability of the container strong.
5. What’s Included
Your membership includes:
Monthly group coaching calls
Personalised monthly emails based on your chart, transits, and numerology
Private podcast access
Digital worksheets, rituals, and monthly challenges
Group coaching guidance
Email support for logistics and general direction
The format may evolve to best support the group experience.
6. Personal Responsibility
This container offers coaching and energetic guidance, not therapy. You are responsible for your choices, wellbeing, and outcomes. No specific results (financial, romantic, business, or otherwise) are guaranteed.
7. Confidentiality
What happens inside the container stays inside. You agree not to record, screenshot, or share any call content, participant comments, or personal stories.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials belong to The Cosmic Co. You receive personal access only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.
9. Community Conduct
This space is rooted in respect. Bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will lead to removal without refund.
10. Access
Participants have access to all programme materials for the full 12 month duration. If platforms change, you will receive equivalent access. You are responsible for attending calls live or watching replays.
11. Scheduling
Call dates, times, and content may shift as needed. Notice will be provided unless urgent circumstances arise.
12. Termination
The Cosmic Co may remove any participant who breaches these terms or affects the group environment. No refunds will be issued.
13. Limitation Of Liability
The Cosmic Co is not liable for your decisions or outcomes. Coaching guidance is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.
