TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLIENT AGREEMENT

By purchasing, booking, or participating in Cosmic Coaching, you agree to the following terms.

  1. COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Cosmic Coaching is a personal development and mindset coaching service that integrates astrology, self-concept work, nervous system awareness, and manifestation principles.

Coaching is collaborative and client-led. Outcomes depend on your honesty, engagement, and willingness to participate in the process.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

  1. SCOPE OF PRACTICE

Cosmic Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, trauma disorders, or medical issues.

If you are experiencing severe mental health challenges, suicidal ideation, or require clinical support, you agree to seek appropriate professional care alongside or instead of coaching.

Astrology is used as a reflective and developmental tool, not as deterministic or predictive advice.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, behaviours, and results.

Coaching may bring up emotional material. You agree to take responsibility for your wellbeing and to communicate openly if you need support or pacing adjustments.

You understand that insight does not equal instant change and that integration takes time.

  1. NO GUARANTEES

Results cannot be guaranteed.

Manifestation, mindset shifts, and life changes depend on multiple factors including timing, capacity, self-concept, and real-world action.

Cosmic Coaching provides guidance, tools, and reflection, not promises of specific outcomes.

  1. PAYMENT AND COMMITMENT

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment plans are a commitment to the full container, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Missed payments may result in paused sessions or termination of access until resolved.

  1. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

Sessions must be attended at the agreed time.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

Repeated rescheduling may impact the flow and effectiveness of the coaching container.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information shared during coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.

You agree not to record sessions without prior consent.

Group containers, if applicable, require mutual respect and confidentiality between participants.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, language, and tools shared within Cosmic Coaching are the intellectual property of The Cosmic Co.

These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.

  1. TERMINATION

Cosmic Coaching reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if boundaries are breached, payments are not honoured, or the container is no longer aligned or safe.

No refunds are provided upon termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. LIABILITY

Cosmic Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes resulting from decisions made by the client.

You agree to hold The Cosmic Co harmless for any actions you take based on coaching insights.

  1. CONSENT AND AGREEMENT

By booking or participating in Cosmic Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You enter this container willingly, with full responsibility for your choices and growth.
