If visuals provided by you are deemed unsuitable or of poor quality, we reserve the right to request alternative visuals or decline the advertisement.

Any dealings, negotiations, or contracts made between you and any third party.
Any damages, losses, or expenses arising from such dealings.

Feedback & Communication: Should you have any concerns, feedback, or updates related to your advertisement, you should email us.
Payment: All advertising fees must be paid in full prior to your advertisement going live on our platform. Any delays in payment may result in a delay or suspension of advertising services.
Responsibility for Content Quality: You, as the advertiser, are solely responsible for the professionalism, accuracy, and quality of the content provided for the advertisement. This includes ensuring that there are no typographical errors in captions, descriptions, or any other textual elements, as well as ensuring the images are of high quality and appropriate for publication. The Cosmic Co will not be held liable for any oversights, inaccuracies, or errors in the content you provide. Should any such issues be identified after the advertisement goes live, the aforementioned terms regarding modifications after publication will apply.
Link Amendments Post-Dissemination: If there is any change in the URL or link you provide for the advertisement after it has been disseminated, we cannot amend or update this on our end, especially on platforms like our social media channels or email communications. Once the content has been distributed, any alterations to the original links are beyond our control, and The Cosmic Co will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccessible or incorrect links. We strongly advise verifying the accuracy and functionality of all links before submission to avoid any complications.
Termination: The Cosmic Co reserves the right to terminate your advertisement if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided for terminated advertisements.

No Modifications After Publication: Once an advertisement has been approved and published live on our platform, no alterations, modifications, or changes can be made to the content, visuals, or any other component of the advertisement. Should you wish to implement changes, the advertisement must be taken down, revised, and undergo our approval process again, which may incur additional fees and result in potential delays in republishing. We emphasize the importance of reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and satisfaction of all advertisement components before the initial publishing to avoid any inconvenience or disruptions.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
